Shipping & Returns

1. Order Shipping
At ROLO.COM you can choose between 2 different shipping options. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco. All orders are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday. (We don't ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.)

UPS Ground Shipping 2-5 Business Days - $5 (FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100) (does not include Alaska & Hawaii)

UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery 3rd business day - $20

2. Returns
ROLO.COM wants to ensure that your are totally satisfied and happy with your purchase. We gladly accept
your return within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must have
attached all original labels and tags. In order for your return to be accepted and refunded you must
ensure that the item has been unworn.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to your account page and create a return request.
2. Fill out the return slip that came with your order.
3. Pack your items into a package.
4. Drop off your package at any UPS location.
5. We will not cover your return shipping costs.
6. Once we receive your item we will send you a confirmation.
7. After we inspect your item we will refund your purchase.
8. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

We will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending
on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

3. International orders
At this time we don't offer shipping outside the United States.
