We are proud to now have the ubercool UK brand, Farah, in our Market store. Farah has been around since the 1920s and offers well fit clothing with a quintessentially British hipster look. We carry their slim fit shorts, slacks, and collared short sleeve shirts in a variety of colors. The price is quite economical too. One great piece is “The Hornby” short sleeve shirt in light blue. The fit is great and the look is classic.

We have a large selection of G-Star Raw’s Spring 2010 collection at our ROLO on Market location. If you are not familiar with G-Star, it is a Dutch clothing company with a “raw”, modern, and industrial aesthetic and the fit is impeccable. Also, it is worth mentioning that we often get different pieces in than the G-Star Raw flagship store downtown and our prices are generally a little cheaper than theirs. Anyways, happy spring!
We are excited to report that we now have a large selection of Sundek swimwear at our ROLO on Market store. Sundek was a popular brand for surfers in the late 1970s to early 1980s. The brand was recently bought by an Italian company and they have brought back these awesome retro swim trunks. We have two styles in many colors. We also are carrying their logo t-shirts and rain jackets. Come by and check them out!

Slim Jim Superused Grey
We just got in more Nudie this week. For starters, we got this new wash in Slim Jim called “Superused Grey”. The denim was first dyed black then washed down with stone and sandblasting. They are super comfortable and a must if you don’t have a pair of grey jeans in your wardrobe.
Next, we got in the Melker Carcoat. From nudiejeans.com, “The unofficial name of this garment is the ‘Papphammar coat’. Papphammar is a shy and very, very clumsy, fumbling man.” Papphammar can be seen in this YouTube video below. We have the jacket in both Dark Olive (pictured) and Black.

The third item we got is the Rustan Striped Grandpa. It is a cotton henley knitted with three different yarns. When the ecru fabric is over dyed the yarn grab the color in three different ways. making the fabric striped. It has customized metal buttons. Very cool. We have it in Swedish Steel (pictured) and Olive.

Nudie Jeans Co.
Our ROLO On Market location has recently transformed its “pit” space into the main Nudie Jeans Co. section of the store. We are featuring many great, new washes of jeans with all the cuts we carry (Slim Jim, Grim Tim, Thin Finn, Average Joe, Regular Alf, and Big Bengt). For example, one of our favorite all round straight-leg cuts, the Slim Jim, is in a new icy “Cold Denim” wash that is very handsome.

Besides jeans, we have some great new jackets, shirts, graphic-tees, and tank tops to complete your Nudie look. Worth mentioning is a new flannel shirt that is made with a super cool Japanese double gauze (yup the stuff in hospitals!). It is called the Gunnar Japenese Double Check and we got it in a red/blue combo (shown in the pic) as well as a green/brown. The fit is awesome and it is super comfortable.

Also worth mentioning, is an amazing antique-brown leather jacket we got in. It is unique, handsome, and made with a super soft, sheep leather. It’s the perfect thing to throw on when it gets a little chilly during San Francisco’s spring and summer. Come in and try it on for yourself.
